Any order placed by the Buyer with the Supplier constitutes a contract. The acceptance of any order is binding, and the Supplier must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Supplier must respect confidentiality and prevent disclosure of any business-related information, including project details, to third parties.
All technical, business, or financial information supplied or created in connection with any order is deemed the sole property of the Buyer.
All invoices must include order numbers and comply with VAT regulations. Non-compliance may result in the non-acceptance of the invoice.
Deadlines are critical, and failure to meet delivery schedules may result in penalties of 0.5% of the order price per day of delay.
The Supplier must not disclose any confidential information about the Buyer’s business, including operations, customers, and trade secrets.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the UAE, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
